The 15 minute call
Book a 15 minute call with Tim
Fifteen minutes with Tim Clarkson, who owns OxygenIT. You get a straight read on whether we are a fit, what your IT should cost for a team your size, and what to fix first. There is no charge, no obligation, and no proposal at the end of it.
Or call 0800 242 206 and ask for Tim.
Book the call
Pick a time that suits
Calls run 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. If nothing here suits, call 0800 242 206 and we will find a time.
The call itself
What happens in the fifteen minutes
You talk first
You describe what is breaking, what it is costing you, and what you have already tried. Most of the fifteen minutes is this.
You get a number
A band, a monthly price and a response target for a team your size, out loud, on the call. Not a proposal three days later.
You get an answer on fit
Including when the answer is no. We would rather lose fifteen minutes than sell you something we do not do well.
Before you book
You do not need the call to get the price
Every price is already published, so the call is not how you find out what we cost. Managed IT comes in four bands set by the size of your team, from $750 a month for a team of up to ten. The band price is the price, with no per user charge on top and no headcount reconciliation at the end of the month. You can read every published price for every band and team size before you speak to anyone.
Certification is priced separately, from $525 a month for SMB1001 at Bronze, and the SMB1001 tiers are published too. Onsite attendance on Remote IT Support is $180 an hour, half hour minimum, plus travel time. From Managed IT Support up it is included at one hour per ten users per month. Priced at August 2026, NZD excluding GST.
The honest part
When we are not the right fit
Three of these come up often enough to state plainly, and it is cheaper for both of us if you read them before you book.
Your team is under twenty people
Pricing starts at a team of ten, and a team smaller than ten is priced as ten, so a five person business pays the same as a ten person one. We are built for 20 to 200 staff. Below that you are usually better served somewhere smaller, and we will say so on the call rather than after you have signed.
You need cover overnight as standard
We are staffed 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. After hours is a paid add on, handled by a team in the United Kingdom, and there is a genuine uncovered gap in it. We are not going to tell you we cover you around the clock, because we do not.
You want the cheapest number in the market
We are not it, and we publish our prices so you can confirm that in about a minute. We would rather lose the call than win it on a number we cannot hold for 36 months.
After the call
What happens next, and when charging starts
Three stages follow, and all three are free. The fifteen minute call you are booking here. Then a 45 minute discovery call, if it still looks like a fit to both of us. Then the scoping work that produces your quote.
Charging starts only if you commission an audit or an assessment. A cyber security audit runs $4,500 to $10,000 and a vulnerability assessment is about $1,500 per 10 staff. Nothing above that point happens without you asking for it in writing.
If you do sign, the agreement runs 36 months with a fee free break at nine months and 90 days notice. New clients are covered by an unconditional 90 day money back guarantee. You do not need to give a reason.
A test you can use
Four questions to ask any provider, including us
Ask every provider you are talking to for four things in writing. The contracted response time for a full outage. The resolution target that goes with it. The monthly price for a team your size. And the hours they are not staffed. Then ask us for the same four, and see which answers arrive as numbers.
Ours are already published, which is the point. The response and resolution targets are on the site, the prices are on the site, and the hours we do not cover are three paragraphs above this one.
Ready to talk
Pick a time above, or call 0800 242 206 during business hours and ask for Tim.
Not ready yet
Read what we charge, or who you would be working with. Roughly nine in ten people are not ready to talk, and that is a reasonable place to be.
