Are the prices in the cost guides current?
Every price carries the month it was set and excludes GST. If a price changes, the guide is updated and the date moves with it. The band price is the price: there is no per-user charge on top and no headcount reconciliation.
Do I need to be a client to use these pages?
No. Everything here is published so a business can judge any provider, including the one it already has. Nothing asks for an email address.
