Is OxygenIT a fit for your business?
Four quick questions, about 60 seconds, then book a 15-minute call with Tim Clarkson, the founder.
If it is not a fit, that is the end of it. No follow-up emails, no list.

What we’re actually checking for
We’re not trying to catch you out. These four questions exist because a good IT support relationship depends on fit in both directions, not just whether we can do the work.
We’re looking for:
- Team size in the 20-200 range. Below that, a lot of our proactive and compliance tooling is overkill and costs more than it saves you. Above that, you probably need a dedicated in-house IT lead we can co-manage with, not a full outsourced desk.
- A named decision-maker filling in the form. If it is not the business owner or the person who owns the IT budget, the 15-minute call is the wrong meeting for both of us.
- Based in New Zealand, ideally reachable within normal NZ business hours for onsite work when it is genuinely needed.
- Some urgency or trigger. Renewing a contract, growing headcount, had a security scare, or just tired of a support desk that does not answer the phone. If nothing is prompting the change, there is nothing for us to fix yet.
When OxygenIT isn’t the right fit
We’d rather tell you this upfront than waste 15 minutes of your time:
- You’re shopping purely on price and want the cheapest possible per-seat rate. We’re not the cheapest option and don’t try to be.
- You need a single specialist for one app or one integration rather than ongoing managed support. We can usually still help, but it won’t be through this form.
- You’re happy with your current IT provider and are just benchmarking pricing. Fair enough, but this call won’t be useful to you.
- You need boots on the ground outside New Zealand.
If any of that sounds like you, this isn’t a rejection, it’s just the wrong door. Our Zero Cost Calculator or IT Support Models Compared page will be more useful.
What happens after you submit the form
- Your four answers land directly with Tim Clarkson, the founder, not a sales queue.
- If it looks like a fit, you’ll get a calendar link for a 15-minute call. That call is a conversation, not a pitch, we’ll ask about what’s actually going wrong with IT today.
- If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you so directly. No drip email sequence, no add-to-CRM-and-nurture-forever. Your details are used to prepare for the call, or to tell you it’s not a fit, and nothing else.
- Either way, you’ll hear back within one business day.
That’s the whole process. No demo, no discovery deck, no “let me just check with my manager.” It’s designed to cost you 60 seconds if the answer is no, and get you talking to the person who actually runs the company if the answer is yes.
