Team Bio

With a unique blend of legal, financial, and business expertise, Chris Marshall has spent over 20 years navigating the intersections of law, accounting, and technology. After starting his career as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand, he spent a decade managing finance companies before transitioning into the tech sector. There, he built and grew a successful POS hardware and consumables business, which was eventually acquired by Ingram Micro. In 2018, Chris sold his retail POS business to OxygenIT, where he now serves as a shareholder and director, focusing on strategic growth and mergers and acquisitions.

Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Chris combines deep expertise in business process management, contract negotiation, and finance to drive success. When he's not in the boardroom, Chris enjoys lawn bowls and spending time with family and friends aboard his motorboat in the scenic Marlborough Sounds.
